Transport: Is this a walking tour?
No, this is not a walking tour. We will walk around the gallery but have air-conditioned breaks between stops on the tour.
Cancellation Policy: What is your cancellation policy?
Once you have confirmed a booking, please provide 48 hours or more notice if you wish to re-schedule or cancel your booking. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the tour, please note that a cancellation fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Access: Are the galleries and museums wheelchair accessible?
Not all of the galleries and museums we visit are wheelchair accessible. However, we can organize tours to visit accessible spaces upon request.
Insurance: Do I need travel insurance for the tour?
Yes, we recommend that you have travel insurance that covers you for illness, injury, theft, or any other unexpected occurrences that may happen while you are in Hanoi. Please note that Hanoi Art Tour does not accept liability for injuries to the body or property incurred during or as a result of the tour. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
